In the first half of 2011 positive trends emerged in the Ukrainian market of commercial PR. The budgets allocated to PR are gradually rising in the Ukrainian business environment. PR is perceived more often as one of the most important tools of marketing communications. The situation in the PR-market could be further intensified in the fall business season, and in 2012.
It's not a secret that major changes have occurred at the Ukrainian PR market over the last 2-3 years. Those changes are caused by two factors that have equally affected the situation - the economic crisis and changes at the market of media.
Many Ukrainian B2B companies that provide services under outsourcing has repeatedly had to deal with the stereotype attitude leads to outsourcing in general and for the PR-outsourcing in particular. But are there really so many cases when will be appropriate "do it yourself?"
