In the April of 2004 the Company Publicity Creating conducted a telephone survey of 178 large companies in Kyiv. Certain situations in the most important directions - anti-crisis PR, loyalty management, media relations. Top managers of well-known companies from different business participated in the survey.
According to survey results, 56% of companies maintain media relations regularly, 41% - if necessary, and only 3% - do not support at all.
42% of the companies have to face with the Anti crisis PR, others said that such situations did not occur.
28% of respondents said that thare is anti-crisis program to combat the crisis in their companies, 81% stated that they have the loyalty programs for customers and partners.
The survey showed that businesses show great interest in PR-instruments such as: media relations, crisis PR and loyalty management.
