As a result of winning the tender the company of strategic communications Publicity Creating has become a partner of the "Velyka Kyshenya" network of supermarkets since March 2013.



As a result of winning the tender, the Company of strategic communications Publicity Creating has become a partner of the "Velyka Kyshenya" network of supermarkets since March 2013. The main vector of co-operation is the work in the field of digital PR on the maintenance and development of platforms in popular social networks Facebook and VKontakte.

The main objectives of the Publicity Creating team:

  • ·         Creation of quality and diverse content
  • ·         Informing the audience and loyalty building of users
  • ·         Increasing the number of fans
  • ·         Development and implementation of the activities for the fans (contests, quizzes, surveys)
  • ·         Increasing engagement indicators (likes, reposts, comments, participation in surveys and contests)
  • ·         Ensuring effective communication with users of social networks and providing quick responses to the questions (round-the-clock, all days a week)
  • ·         Timely coverage of the company’s events in social networks
  • ·         Updating design of the pages.

Having considerable experience in the creation and development of pages in social media, Publicity Creating experts have developed promotion strategy and themes for the content. Elaborated scheme will bring the content to a new level, keep the platform active round-the-clock 7 days a week, increase the number of visitors, communicate with users and respond promptly to their questions.

In the beginning, on the 1st of March, 2013, Facebook page had 12 700 000 users, while VKontakte - 9600. And although the project has only recently been launched, Publicity Creating experts predict a monthly increase of subscribers around 500-700 users with the help of interactive and high-quality content, competitions and quizzes of different kind, as well as active communication with existing and potential users and customers. PR partner also plans to increase and stabilize fans’ activism, and to ensure that the pages of "Velyka Kischenya" contribute to the reputation improvement of this largest Ukrainian food retail network, and become an important channel of informing the target audience.
