How to get to the client's needs? The question does not fall asleep agencies representatives and the answer to which, in particular,specialists searched on the VI PR-forum which recently took place on exhibition REX 2010.

To understand how to get into the client's needs, it need to specialists to understand these necessities as such.

About interests of client and agencies told on the third block of the VI PR-forum on the  exhibition REX 2010, topic of which was: “To get in the necessities of client: a mission is possible. PR as a marketing associate”.

Valeriy Kureiko, President of Ukrainian PR-Alliance, general director of  Publicity Creating told how to get a concrete result of working with PR-agency. In his view, the results will be significant if the clients and the agency directed their efforts to achieve same indicators in marketing. Cost of PR-services, according to Valeriy Kureiko should not be either "low" or "high", but must be "fair", that allows the agency to perform the task of the client and the client - to get these services and results at a reasonable price for it.

This subject caused
resonance as evidenced by the active reaction of the public.

The notable feature of the forum were cases with information on recently implemented in Ukraine PR-projects. Practical experience in promotion of specific brands was particularly interesting and useful to participants, among whom were present marketing and PR-managers and brand managers.

During the discussion, speakers, guests and participants of the forum raised many important issues of relationship of clients and agencies, including clarity of objectives of the client, quality of service from agencies and qualified personnel from both sides.
