The new professional association – Ukrainian PR-alliance – was established in Kyiv on the 29th of January 2009.  



The new professional association – Ukrainian PR-alliance – was established in Kyiv on the 29th of January 2009. In accordance to this, the Memorandum with basic principles and objectives of this Alliance was signed during constituent assembly of the organization.


The determined priority activities of the Ukrainian PR-alliance are:
- marketing researches, information monitoring, polls;
- implementation of the professional standards, code and rules;
- interaction with state and public organizations, high schools;
- to inform clients and mass-media about effective PR-methods and instruments;
- to promote and to support members of the PR-alliance

The name and the logo of organization have been confirmed, while the plan of work for the nearest future was drawn up during this constituent assembly.


The President of the PR-alliance was elected. 


The Ukrainian PR-alliance is ready to cooperate with public and professional associations, state structures, mass media and other interested structures in Ukraine and abroad.
 

The Ukrainian PR-alliance is the voluntary not state, noncommercial professional association. The main purposes of activity are:
1. The basis of the PR-alliance activity is based on democracy and equality of rights.
2. Each member of the organisation has one voice at decision-making.
3. The president and the Vice-president of the Alliance are elected at the general session once in half a year.
4. The organisation is headed by the representative of each member in a sequence.
