Project: Organization of the annual Daikin conference for Ukrainian dealers.

Client: Leacond, Daikin authorized trading partner in Ukraine, the European headquarters of the Corporation Daikin - Daikin Europe NV, 2009.

Goals and objectives:

To organize conference for Ukrainian dealers of Japanese Corporation Daikin at a high organizational level.

To develop a conference program that combines business and entertainment parts and creates a manufacturer reputation among Ukrainian dealers and atmosphere of one team.
Decisions and results:

In due to project realization a large-scale complex project was implemented. It has become an important supporting loyalty factor of Ukrainian dealers to the manufacturer of climate control equipment. Despite the crisis and optimized budget, program of the conference differed with its saturation, contained vivid events. From organizational side all the possible nuances were taken into account.

The conference, that took place in five star hotel (Kemer, Turkey) and took 3 days, was attended by over 250 dealers from all over Ukraine. The event held with the participation of top management representatives of Daikin Europe NV (Belgium).
The key points of the event were:

• Dealer Conference of Daikin
• Football Championship
• Two gala dinners, with the participation of Ukrainian pop-stars

Publicity Creating assumed all the organizational work and exercised overall control, working closely with tour operator, airline, hotel, producer centers, manufacturers of printing and souvenirs, and other contractors. Group of the conference participants was accompanied to Turkey by a team of 4 qualified managers.

As a result of hard work in preparation of the event (more than 5 months) and a clear, coordinated and professional interaction in place, conference took place at a high level, getting positive reviews of organizers and participants.
