In early October 2010, the strategic communications company Publicity Creating adopted a program in 2011 entitled "We solve problems of the client”.



In early October 2010, the strategic communications company Publicity Creating adopted a program in 2011 entitled "We solve problems of the client”.

New program aims to maximum customer needs satisfaction, that is achieved through four components of complex QAPD (quality, assortment, price, decision): high quality service, wide assortment of products and services, the best available price, individual solution for each client.


The realization of the program put forward a number of requirements for internal restructuring of the company and
intensification business processes. For example, to ensure the moderate price, it was necessary to optimize the scheme of work, improve logistic of services, increase staff efficiency and enable new more effective methods and approaches. Also, it was necessary to achieve a certain level of "scale" at which we can reduce the cost of services.


In order to improve the quality of service, the company implemented a continuous program of training for skills development of staff and adherence to corporate standards. The process of customer service will include the system of quickly respond to customer’s market and information environment changes.


A personal approach in a variety of complications and challenges facing clients, was made possible through a deeper analysis of their requests and needs, only the concentration on key client audiences.

"The adoption of special programs for clients becomes a good tradition in our company. In 2010 we developed for the first such program, and it proved effective. Today we are one on the market that guarantees not only high quality services, but also a concrete result for the client - especially in the form of increased sales ", - said General Director of Publicity Creating Valeriy Kureiko.
