Publicity Creating conducted incentive tour visiting the castles of Ukraine for LEACOND



Building partners’ loyalty and the creation of the team are now much more important than ever. Experts in the field of communications apply various tools  and one of them is the incentive tour. Today, it is very effective to combine corporate business trips and business PR events, game and teambuilding elements, as well to add new interactive and digital forms.

During 18 - 20 of October, 2013, Publicity Creating held Incentive tour visiting the castles in Western Ukraine for LEACOND partners, the official distributor of DAIKIN (Japan) in Ukraine.

Only the best LEACOND dealers from Kiev, Odessa, Kharkiv, Donetsk and other cities of Ukraine as well the Crimea took part in the trip. During it more than 40 representatives of partner companies visited castles in Dubno, Podgortsi and Olesky, as well saw the beautiful sights of autumnal Lviv.

Participants of the trip managed to combine business with pleasure. The event brought together an informal part – sightseeing of the region, and an official one - a conference for LEACOND partners on «DAIKIN: recommendations and ways of finding competitive advantage in the segment of VRF- systems." During the conference, which was held in the conference hall of the hotel "Ancient Town" near Lviv, Vladimir Stepura, director of LEACOND, spoke about the main benefits of DAIKIN technology, highlighted its unique advantages in comparison with the competitors` ones. The expert also gave detailed information on the aspirations and plans of the company for 2014. Igor Shorohov, the head of regional sales in LEACOND, in turn, motivated the participants to active selling and providing quality service. The expert spoke about the key benefits of the VRV DAIKIN system, highlighting the unique features of this equipment. The Group took active part in the discussion, participants asked questions and collectively examined examples from practice. The main zest of the tour was the incentive quest "Treasure of the Golden Horseshoe" in which all members of the LEACOND team took an active part. The quest, specially developed for this incentive tour, started right after the departure from Kiev. According to the rules, the incentive tour participants were divided into two teams that competed with each other, taking part in competitions, performing various tasks and answering quiz questions relating to the visited sites, national history and literature, knowledge in the coffee category and features of the DAIKIN equipment. The quest included a few photo contests held on the grounds of the castle and in the city.

Publicity Creating team took care of organizing a fabulous gala dinner, which included a show program in the chivalric style and funny team competitions, live music and dancing. The vast territory of the Park Hotel Ancient Castle" was a great background for the dancing performances with flags and imitation of knights fighting. Participants were so imbued with the atmosphere of the Middle Ages, that they themselves had become participants of the enchanting dancing action, dancing Maltese branle and trying their best in the soft sword fighting and fencing. In the spirit of the time incentive tour was covered at the LEACOND corporate page in the social networks, where participants and everyone could follow the main events. It is noteworthy that during the trip the number of fans has increased and reached 5000. The high spirits of participants lasted throughout the whole incentive tour, journey was busy and successful, leaving LEACOND partners with vivid memories and pleasant emotions. Now all parties are looking forward to see a video film dedicated to this event. We can say that the tour participants returned feeling like a truly  united  team - a LEACOND. This means that the main task - to hold a team building event - Publicity Creating, as always,  has succeeded to do right.
