Effective Participation in Trade Fairs

In May 2003 Publicity Creating summarized results of the survey about the Effective Participation in Trade Fairs among the participants of the 11 th International Motor Show SIA'2003 .

 

In the form of personal interviews were interviewed 120 exhibitors from different cities of Ukraine. 100% of respondents consider participation in exhibitions as a promotion element, while 41.8% of them participate in specialized exhibitions 1-2 times a year, and 38.5% - participated in exhibitions with up to 5 times a year.

 

The  Publicity Creating CEO - Valeriy Kureiko marked that survey results indicate that the exhibition is an effective element in promotiong. But few companies are aware that the exhibition is a tool for PR, not advertising, because of what participation in the exhibition should be organized in advance, using the PR-instruments, including actions and shows on a stand for visitors; hosting events for PR professionals, dealers and foreign partners and media.
