Publicity Creating: What Sort of workers does Ukrainian Agriculture Needs?

On the 8th of October, 2008 at the IA Ukrinform the company of strategic communications - Publicity Creating organized a roung table on the subject: Personnel Trainings for Agriculture: Problems and Their Solutions.
Record harvest of grain actualized lot of problems of agrarian sector in Ukraine. Among them - and the lack of qualified personnel in the sphere of agriculture, that develops at a high rate.
Experts are sure that in this situation it is important to highlight the problem, starting with education. The problem of staff trainings and education for agriculture was discussed at the round table in Kiev, which was attended by representatives of: Ministry of Agriculture, National Agricultural University, farmers and businessmen.
Participants of the roundtable decided to interact closely state, science, education and business, which is important in raising Ukrainian agriculture at the world level. And also noticed the need of forming the prestige farmership to combat myths and stereotypes regarding the qualification and status of staff in agriculture.
