On the 15th of March 5, 2005 a seminar "PR - an Effective Decisions Under the Increased Law Restrictions on Advertising," organized by PR consulting Publicity Creating and Kiev Chamber of Commerce, was held out.
The seminar is practically the first event in Ukraine, on the theme of promoting forbidden brands, which is discussed in Russia and other countries. The seminar was attended by more than 80 executives and senior managers interested companies from Kyiv and regions.
