The cooperation of Publicity Creating with LUKOIL Technology Services Ukraine, a well-known operator on the market of development and implementation of the integrated systems for industrial enterprises’automation, commenced in February2013, in t as the result of tender.

The most important  objectives of the client were: to obtain independent qualified assessment of the company’s potential in the PR domain, evaluate reputational risks and possibilities after the company’s rebranding, determine the ways of building favorable business reputation and overall positive image in the new conditions, develop the strategy of PR-promotion, as well as to improve communication with target audiences and to upgrade the level of its effectiveness.

During six months Publicity Creating team has been working on elaboration of successful and effective brand development strategy.

The comprehensive analysis included determination of the existing level in PR development of the enterprise, identification of the strengths and weaknesses in the sphere of public affairs. The research was carried out by highly qualified specialists with the vast practical experience; the special techniques of PR audit were implemented.

The reputation analysis was a very important part of the audit. It included the following tasks: the interviewing of  target audiences – employees, partners and clients; studying the features of the company’s products and services; the evaluation and prognosis of the reputational risks. The situation with internal and external corporate communications was also researched and assessed.

The representatives of Publicity Creating visited a number of  objects, realized  by LUKOIL Technology Services Ukraine, studied partners’ and clients’ opinion, determined the information and marketing limits of the market.  

Apart from the wide-ranging PR audit  and brand strategy elaboration, Publicity Creating offered a possible legend (story) of the brand, determined USP, assessed potential speakers among employees and consulted top management of the client company.

 “The project was quite complex due to the specifics of the company and its former information closeness as well as processes of reorganization that are now taking place. We tried to work in close contact with top managers of the client company and involve them into this process. As a result, the long-term PR strategy was created based not only on objective data, received during  the researches and surveys, but also a such one that reflects the values of this company”, - states Rouslana Plis, Publicity Creating Managing Partner.

The PR audit and development of the long-term strategies, especially for the companies in B2B sector, are considered to be one of the most challenging tasks that only the professional structures may cope with.
