The media tour of Publicity Creating through the regions of Ukraine came to the end.



The media tour of Publicity Creating through the regions of Ukraine came to the end. The tour was held in June and July 2007 in five cities - Kiev, Kharkov, Lviv, Odessa, Nikolaev – in each of which roundtables were conducted with local authorities (representatives of state administration and municipal) large companies, NGOs and regional media. As part of the tour, a conference meeting with the PR-experts were held out.

 

The theme of conferences concerned situation on the Ukrainian PR-market. The main issues discussed were: different method to form a positive image; increase infinancial  attractiveness of cities and regions; brand creation in Ukrainian regions.


The events were attended by over 200 people, 100 of which are  journalists, more than 70 are PR-managers, and over 30 representatives of state organizations (government officials and press secretaries of state institutions).


Rouslana Plis, the Publicity Creating Managing Partner, said, “The purpose of events was the necessity in a dialogue of Kiev and resional PR-specialists. Public relations are present not only in the capital. While conducting national pr-actions it is important to take into account the specifics of regional markets.”
