In 2013 it was implemented a record number of events.

 



2013 was very productive for Publicity Creating Company - a lot of new clients, large-scale activities and events were held. So, Publicity Creating Company began a partnership with the leader of the global PC market - Lenovo Company, with one of the largest manufacturers of building materials - KNAUF Company, and with a network of supermarkets "Velyka Kyshenya". Publicity Creating also became the PR partner of the Ukrainian representative group FESTO (Germany), the leader in the field of industrial automation, and implemented a number of projects for constant clients in different areas.

This year was, perhaps, full of a record number of implemented activities. Enumerate all fails; touch the most pivotal of them.

In spring of 2013, for the company HOVAL (Liechtenstein) was organized a seminar presentation for designers and specialists of HVAC market in Kiev, in the conference hall of business center "Parus".

Even larger seminar on the new equipment, was held in April for the DAIKIN Europe N.V.  (air conditioning equipment) in the "President Hotel" in Kiev.

            At the height of the summer season Publicity Creating Company organized two events for LENOVO Representative Office in Ukraine – press lunch for leading Ukrainian media in July and large press event dedicated to official entry of flagship smartphone Lenovo K900 into the Ukrainian market in August. The event took place at the Hyatt Hotel; it was attended by over 85 representatives of Ukrainian media.  Other launch new items - plates Yoga Tab - were held in late November in Little Opera and gathered more than 70 representatives of the media.

In general, for Lenovo Representative Office in Ukraine the Publicity Creating team implemented intensive complex of PR programs, which resulted more than 3,500 publications mentioning the brand and more than 80 independent reviews of technique media in 6 months of 2013.

For several months, experts of Publicity Creating waged a thorough preparation for the two large events dedicated to celebrating 25th anniversary of being FESTO (Germany) on the Ukrainian market. So, in September in Kiev Golf Center a large event for clients, Ukrainian and foreign partners of FESTO took place. Publicity Creating specialists conducted a large range of works - from script development and décor of the hall to the accreditation of the participants and the organization of the entertainment program. Also it was held a press conference with the participation of senior management of FESTO in UNIAN news agency, which has become final stage of the work to inform the media and the public about the upcoming event.

In autumn 2013, Publicity Creating organized several exit events - press tour in Milan (Italy)  for the presentation of new LENOVO products for journalists from leading Ukrainian  magazines, and press tour in Lviv, during which Kiev and regional journalists attended the presentation of Knauf Ukraine Company objects where used KNAUF materials.

In October 2013, Publicity Creating Company held incentive tour of castles in Western Ukraine for partners Leacond Company, which is an official distributor of DAIKIN Corporation (Japan) in Ukraine. The best dealers of Leacond  Company from Kiev, Odessa, Kharkiv, Donetsk and other cities of Ukraine and Crimea went in the journey. During the trip, more than 40 representatives of partner companies visited castles in Dubno, Pidgirtsi and Olesko and also they saw beautiful autumn attractions of the city Lviv. The main highlight of the incentive tour was a quest "Treasure of the Golden Horseshoe". 

In conclusion, it should be noted, that expert events that were part of the annual program dedicated to the 15th anniversary of the company on the Ukrainian market.

In June, 2013, in the press-studio "Segodnya  Multimedia" took place a webinar on the theme “PR all inclusive: to do the impossible.” During the webinar General Director of Publicity Creating Valeriy Kureiko.and Managing Partner Ruslana Plis told about actual PR communications tools, gave practical examples and answered questions from Internet users.

            In October 2013, in the press center of the news agency LIGABusinessInform was discussed an important theme of the value of recommendations and reputation in business today. The discussion was held in a new format - online expert group. The event was attended by representatives of large and well-known companies.

And in November, in the news agency "Ukrinform" took place an expert roundtable discussion on the theme "An Information Space and the reputation of Ukrainian companies in the light of convergence with the EU: Risks and Opportunities." The event was attended by well-known experts in marketing, PR, political scientists and media experts.

"2013 turned out to be saturated. But Publicity Creating Company has once again confirmed that it is strong enough to organize events of any complexity and level, as press events and large scale celebrations and anniversaries of major companies with a worldwide reputation. In the new year we are planning to keep up the pace and move such dynamically”, general director of Publicity Creating Valeriy Kureiko said.
