In July-August 2014 Publicity Creating won a tender on PR accompaniment of OptimaHouse project – the first serial energy-efficient country house in Ukraine.  Project is created on basis of European conception of "Multi-Comfort House" and "Active House" and adapted to Ukrainian market and meant for average yield consumers.

Complex PR,  that agency will extend, contains mass-media relations, a.o. informing media about house building progress, also media events, creation photo and video and other activities.

 A house is build using wood-framed technology (wooden carcass prefabrication with thermal insulation inside), in construction are used modern building materials, equipment and constructions as: heat ins and sound elimination ISOVER,  dry wall Rigips, composite shingles Metrotile, power efficient windows (particularly frontal windows from VEKAs' profile), control system of engineering systems("smart house") Schneider Electric.
