In the 27th of April 2011 in five-star hotel «Hyatt» a strategic session of Publicity Creating was held for the second time in the current year. The session was held under the motto “We solve client's tasks comfortably”, as far as this principle is a key in the company and resonates with the theme of the second quarter of 2011 marketing program.



In the 27th of April 2011 in five-star hotel «Hyatt» a strategic session of Publicity Creating was held for the second time in the current year. The session was held under the motto “We solve client's tasks comfortably”, as far as this principle is a key in the company and resonates with the theme of the second quarter of 2011 marketing program.

The purpose of the session - to develop new and improve existing approaches to service for providing customers with a five-star service in the field of PR communications.

During the strategic sessions specialists of Publicity Creating listened to reports of their colleagues. In particular, among speakers were: an Account manager Anastasia Smolianyuk, a PR-manager Bohdan Horobchuk, an Internet PR-manager Andrew Kulish.

Speakers remarked a number of ideas about how to make cooperation of Publicity Creating and customers the most comfortable and convenient. So, main steps in the realization of optimization strategies of all communications between the company and customers were made, as same as a steps in swift response to customers needs etc. Presentations alternated with practical tasks and discussions on the actual topics.

Summing up the session, the CEO of Publicity Creating Valeriy Kuryko mentioned: “The issue of quality service is extremely relevant today, especially on the background of increasing numbers of clients and projects. Understanding the customer’s business, a clear plan of actions, a transparent scheme of cooperation, effective methods and technologies, skilled and motivated staff are the main factors that ensure the needs of our customers”.
