Valeriy Kureiko – the  business development director of Rublicity Creating, in own speech focused attention to the fact of the separation of market advertising and market of commercial PR. This is shown by appeared staff, which is responsible for PR in companies, enterprises, organizations; and an increase in the number of different forms of PR in the provided services of specialized companies, as well as growing interest in media to PR issues; and for individual tenders for the PR-services.
The speaker asked specialized PR-agencies and specialists to consolidate in order to create the Ukrainian PR Association
