Discussion of the important topic - the importance of the recommendations and the company's reputation in the present world of business was held on the premises of LigaBusinessInform information agency.



On October 30, 2013 at the Press Center of the Information Agency LigaBusinessInform was held a discussion of the important and actual topic in the field of marketing and PR - the importance of the recommendations and the company's reputation in the present world of business.

  The discussion was held in the new format - the expert group online - and was organized by Publicity Creating in the framework of events dedicated to the 15th anniversary of the company.

The event was attended by representatives of the large and well-known companies: - Eugeniya Krivonos, Quality assurance expert, Director of Nebesna Krynica company; Alevtina Beletskaya, PhD in Social Communications, spokesperson for the group of companies "Foxtrot", the head of PR department in "Foxtrot", the lecturer in Advertising and PR at the Kyiv national University, Institute of Journalism;  Valery Kureiko, CEO of Publicity Creating, business consultant, coach; Elena Milovanova, PR manager of retail network "Foxtrot. Devices for the Household"; Alexandr Kurban, a managing partner "ANT", agency of the innovative technologies; Associate Professor of Advertising and PR at the Kiev B. Grinchenko University, PhD in social communications, business coach of the Institute of Economics, Law and Management Systems of Pesotsky; Sergey Rud, specialist in marketing and sales, expert in the field of radio advertising.

During the discussion, the speakers  talked about the importance of recommendations of clients and partners, as well as how to use on practice the positive reputation to achieve the marketing goals, attract customers, strengthen business, provided examples and shared their tips.

The experts also answered questions of the Liga.net users. Valery Kureiko, CEO of Publicity Creating, stated:  “PR agency today receives about 60 % of customers by the recommendations. Therefore, we always try to get recommendations from our clients. The most advanced form  is a video interview in which partners recommend our company and say about the benefits of cooperation. The recommendations of this format we actively use onour web-site and even in the social networks".

During the entire event the online reportage on the Publicity Creating corporate page in Facebook was conducted thanks to which everyone could follow the course of the expert group online. The discussion was replete with active participation and was beneficial to both the listeners - from the point of view of obtaining the views of market experts, and experts - in terms of the views and experience exchange.
