On February 6, 2013, Publicity Creating organized awards ceremony for the winners of the “Fresh thought 2012” contest for the best material on the “air conditioning, ventilation and climate control” topic for LEACOND Company. In 2012 the “Fresh thought” contest for journalists has been already held for the ninth time and was supported by DAIKIN Europe's headquarters (Japan) – DAIKIN Europe N.V.
37 articles and TV-stories (submitted by 30 authors) took part in the competition. The novelty, actually, was the introduction of new types of competition - in addition to the print publications, the TV-video-stories and Internet-publications were admitted into the competition. The competition works were evaluated in three nominations, correspondingly: the best article in the print media, the best material in the Internet and the best TV-story.
The winner of «The best TV-story» nomination was Sergii Levter rewarded for his story «The air conditioning market», which was shown on the “UTR” TV channel. The author was awarded with Photocatalytic DAIKIN Air Cleaner.
As for «The best material in the Internet» nomination, Andriy Kviatkovsky («Technoportal») won the day with his article «How to choose air-conditioner: the most important is the weather at home». The prize for this nomination was a smartphone which was, actually, presented to him.
Right after the results were announced and the prizes were awarded, Vladimir Stepura, General Director of LEACOND Company, congratulated the winners and thanked all participants for the interesting and quality materials and also noted the high level of professionalism of their works. The organizers announced as well about their plans tо continue the «Fresh thought» contest in 2013.
Press-lunch, in the course of which the results of the «Fresh thought 2012» competition were announced, traditionally took place in the Japanese restaurant. Guests enjoyed the delicious meals, flavored drinks, communication and convivial atmosphere during the whole event.
