Publicity Creating performs  set of mass-media relations



In December 2014  a major construction works  on the OptimaHouse project-  – the first energy efficient house for mass market in Ukraine, were  completed.  This project based on European concepts - "Multi-Comfort House" and "Active House" - and specifically adapted for Ukrainian market.

           Publicity Creating agency at this stage performs set of mass-media relations: writing press releases, notes, texts, working with  media, as well as creating a photo shoot of the object, carries consulting  the heads of marketing departments  of companies participating in the project.

            OptimaHouse project  was developed by a team of Belarusian and Ukrainian architects based on the  best international practices and was presented at the beginning of September this year in Kiev. The partners  ofproject are the leading manufacturers and suppliers - "Saint-Gobain» (ISOVER, Rigips, Weber), VELUX, VEKA, Schneider Electric, Metrotile, Dostypne Zhitlo.

As representatives of developer«Dostypne Zhitlo» Company informed, currently all complex of main building and installation works were conducted on the object. Namely, basement arragement with a terrace, manufactury, delivery and assembly of wooden frame houses, fully treated with antiseptic and antiperen;  work on the trim frame houses cement bonded particle boards, external insulation and vapor barrier;dilution of system of warm floors and  arragement of concrete screed on first floor. The house has a roof installed, installed facade and roof windows, diluted sewage system, running water, central vacuum,  derived ventilation ducts of natural ventilation and chimney duct. Also routed and connected to the main water underground utilities and installed the  bioseptik  of clearing sewer effluent.

            After object commissioning, measurements of various parameters  will  be carried out on the basis of the actual building usage of people  living in it. With that, within  two years, the building will be open for visits, presentations and events, as an example of an energy-efficient home series.
